Welcome to ArtbyCliffordJones.com. By using this website, purchasing artwork, submitting an inquiry, scheduling a consultation, or commissioning artwork, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Artwork and Services

Art by Clifford Jones offers fine art prints, commissioned artwork, digital watercolor-style artwork, photography-based artwork, consultation services, and related creative services.

All artwork is created, selected, printed, prepared, or produced with care. Because artwork is subjective and many items are custom, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are subject to the policies below.

Orders and Payment

Payment is required before any online order, print order, commission, or approved project moves into production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may change at any time. A quoted price is only guaranteed when accepted and paid within the time stated in the quote.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the custom, personal, limited-edition, made-to-order, or artistic nature of the work, refunds are not offered once an order is placed, a commission is approved, production begins, or a print is purchased.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Fine art prints

Matted prints

Framed or unframed artwork

Commissioned artwork

Custom digital artwork

Special orders

Wholesale orders

Commercial or office artwork

Consultation-related creative work

If an item arrives damaged, contact Art by Clifford Jones within 5 calendar days of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item. Damage claims will be reviewed case by case. Replacement, repair, or store credit may be offered at the sole discretion of Art by Clifford Jones.

No refund is available for buyer’s remorse, color differences caused by screen settings, changes in personal taste, incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer, failure to read product details, or delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or circumstances outside our control.

Commissions and Custom Work

Commissioned artwork requires communication, reference materials, creative direction, and approval steps. You are responsible for providing clear images, accurate information, and timely feedback.

Mockups, proofs, previews, and draft images are part of the creative process and may not fully represent final printed color, texture, size, or detail.

Once a commission has been approved or production has started, the order may not be canceled or refunded.

Art by Clifford Jones reserves the right to decline any commission or project for any reason.

Image Rights and Submitted Photos

You are responsible for making sure you have the legal right to submit any photo, image, or reference material used for commissioned artwork.

By submitting images, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use it for the requested artwork.

You agree not to submit copyrighted images, professional photographs, celebrity images, protected artwork, or third-party content unless you have the legal right to do so.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, text, photographs, graphics, and creative work on this website are owned by Clifford Jones or Art by Clifford Jones unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, commercial rights, licensing rights, or digital rights.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, scan, alter, distribute, publish, license, use commercially, or create derivative works from any artwork without written permission.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only. Art by Clifford Jones is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather delays, supply chain issues, incorrect addresses, or other events beyond reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier or delivery address.

Wholesale and Commercial Orders

Wholesale, gallery, nonprofit, commercial, office, and bulk orders may require separate written terms. Minimum orders, pricing, payment timing, production schedules, delivery, and usage terms may vary by project.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy site content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art by Clifford Jones is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website, artwork purchases, commissions, delays, shipping issues, or creative disagreements.

The maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service involved.

No Guarantee

Art by Clifford Jones makes no guarantee that any artwork will increase in value, match a specific decor style, satisfy every personal preference, or produce any business, fundraising, emotional, or commercial outcome.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
